Perma Core Matt is a poly core poly wrap core spun thread which has high tenacity. The core of continuous multi-filament offers excellent strength and the wrap of staple spun polyester offers better sewablity. Perma Core Matt is specially designed for high speed Computer Multi Head Embroidery (CMHE). Being a core spun, Perma Core Matt has high tenacity which meets the functional requirement of CMHE. The special lubricant used in this thread enables trouble-free running on machine and does not leave oil stain marks on base fabric. The color matching and shade consistency of Perma Core Matt is excellent, make it the ideal thread for all Matt finish embroidery.
