Vardhman Yarns & Threads Limited (VYTL) is a joint venture between Vardhman Textiles Ltd, India and American & Efird (A&E) LLC, US.

This strategic joint venture leverages the strengths of both companies to expand thread sales in India's rapidly growing sewn products market and further expands A&E's presence in this important region of Asia.

Vardhman Group is a leading textile conglomerate in India. Spanning over 25 manufacturing facilities in five states, the Group business portfolio includes Yarn, Greige and Processed Fabric, Sewing Thread, Acrylic Fibre and Alloy Steel.

A&E (American & Efird LLC) is a multinational organization and headquartered in Mount Holly, North Carolina, U.S.A. A&E has its presence in 44 countries with 33 manufacturing facilities and 78 distribution points across the globe. In India, VYTL has 5 manufacturing facilities located in Hoshiarpur (Punjab), Ludhiana (Punjab), Perundurai (Tamil Nadu) and Vizag (A.P.) along with 25 regional offices cum distribution centres.

VYTL provides a wide range of solutions for Sewing, Embroidery and for Special Applications in Clothing, Home Textile and Leather products etc. Additionally, Vardhman Yarns & Threads (VYTL) provides value added services like Thread Advisory, Thread Consumption etc. through our technical toolset.

Through our Global Network, A&E's products are manufactured in 22 countries, distributed in 50 countries and sold in over 100 countries. Vardhman A&E is a recognized industry leader in Environmental Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, and operates its global facilities with the utmost regard for the safety and health of its associates employed worldwide.
