A&E’s Perma Core Fuser is a premium core spun sewing thread specially manufactured with continuous filament polyester core, polyester staple wrap and a fusible coating for use in button, bead and sequin attachment. The core spun construction delivers a thread with a higher strength and sewing performance over staple spun products, allowing for the use of smaller thread sizes, while the fusible coating offers an excellent thermo-fusing property. For use in machine stitching or hand-sewing, Perma Core Fuser maximizes seam quality while minimizing sewing problems, delivering superior fusibility on most fabric types. Perma Core Fuser is regularly sewn into Casual Wear, Children’s Wear, Ladies Wear, and Menswear among other product categories where a fused seam is needed.
