Manufactured with mercerized, 100% long staple, spun cotton, A&E’s Chroma™ sewing thread is specially engineered for garments that are to be post-dyed. With a higher tensile strength over traditional cotton sewing threads, Chroma™ reduces the potential for thread breakage in the post dyeing / washing process. Displaying excellent luster, controlled elongation, Chroma™ provides an ideal sewing performance on manual and automatic multidirectional sewing machines with less interruptions.

Will Not Melt

Chroma™ will not melt and is unaffected by needle heat or pressing, due to its natural, 100% biodegradable, cotton fiber

Excellent For Overdyeing

Engineered for ideal colorfastness, Chroma™ is mercerized allowing the thread to maintain a very high affinity to the dyes stuff used in the garment overdyeing process

This product is Certified according to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 PRODUCT CLASS 1 (Baby Articles) - Annex 6
