Position Title: R&D Officer
Department: Research & Development
Location: Hoshiarpur Punjab
Education & Experience: B.tech Textile Technology/Engineering with Experience 1-2 year

OR
M.tech Textile Technology/Engineering Fresher

Role Objective:

To lead and execute research and development activities, focusing on process improvement, quality enhancement, and addressing customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

Sr. No	Activities
1	Responsible for all R&D activities of Spinning Unit.
2	Process studies & checking of Customer complaint materials of Spinning.
3	Daily Report compilation and inform the abnormalities to the concern person.
4	To conduct studies for the quality improvements.
5	Maintain all spinning department reports related to R&D department

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of spinning processes and equipment.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies and tools.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.tech Textile Technology/Engineering with Experience 1-2 year
OR
M.tech Textile Technology/Engineering Fresher
Knowledge of customer complaint resolution and process improvement techniques.
