Person should be Diploma( Textile
Engineering/Textile Chemistry) having 4-5 year experience in yarn
Manufacturing/yarn testing/Dyed Yarn having in depth knowledge of Textile
process like spinning , twisting , dyeing and finishing
The core responsibilities of of the person will
be Quality Assurance of Sewing thread , right from receipt of single yarn to
dispatch of finished sewing thread which includes twisting, dyeing , winding
and packaging processes.
The person will be responsible for decision
making of day to day shop floor activities in consultation with HOD.
The person will be responsible for manpower
management which includes shift allocation and adjustment.
The person will be responsible for management
of all operations of Physical Testing labs
The person will be responsible for daily
monitoring of testing of yarn/thread and take action in case of any laps after
consultation with HOD.
The Person will be responsible for preparing
all daily and monthly reports based on the test and checking done.
The person will be responsible for analysis of
customer complaints and necessary action.
The person should have knowledge of ISO 9001
Quality management system
The person having knowledge of Shade passing
will be given added advantages.
The person having knowledge of GRS
certification and TC Preparation
