The Dyeing Shift Officer will oversee the dyeing operations during
their assigned shift, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality
standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This role requires
technical expertise in dyeing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
ØSupervise and manage dyeing operations during the assigned shift.
ØEnsure adherence to production schedules and targets.
ØMaintain high standards of product quality by monitoring dyeing
processes and making necessary adjustments.
ØOversee the operation of dyeing machines and equipment, ensuring
optimal performance and maintenance.
ØImplement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a
safe working environment.
ØCoordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control,
Maintenance) to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
ØMaintain accurate records of production, downtime, and other
relevant metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Textile processing/Chemistry.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in dyeing operations within the
textile industry.
Required Skills:
ØStrong knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals, and machinery
along with CCM techniques.
ØStrong problem-solving.
ØGood communication and interpersonal skills.
ØAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
