The Dyeing Shift Officer will oversee the dyeing operations during their assigned shift, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. This role requires technical expertise in dyeing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage dyeing operations during the assigned shift.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
Maintain high standards of product quality by monitoring dyeing processes and making necessary adjustments.
Oversee the operation of dyeing machines and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and maintenance.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of production, downtime, and other relevant metrics.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s in Textile Processing or Chemistry.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in dyeing operations within the textile industry.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, chemicals, and machinery, along with CCM techniques.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
